Shipping charges depends upon the following:
* Weight / volume of the shipment.
* Destination of the shipment.
• Mode of transportation i.e. Air cargo / Sea Cargo / Door Delivery through Courier.
• On receipt of the order we will determine the shipping volume / weight, than calculate the actual shipping cost and will be mailed to you the same. |

What are the modes of the transportation available? |

You can select any of the following modes of transportation.
1. Transportation through Air Cargo: - In the Air Cargo facility we used to send the goods/shipment through various airlines depending on the destination. These airlines include Lufthansa Airline, Swiss Air, Air France, British Airways etc.
When goods/shipment reached to its destination then you have to hire import clearing agent at the airport and local transportation arrangements for taking the goods from Airport to your warehouse.
2. Transportation through Sea Cargo: - In the Sea Cargo facility we used to send the goods/shipment through various Container Lines depending on the destination. It is the cheapest mode of transportation…
When goods/shipment reached to its destination then you have to hire import clearing agent at the Sea port and local transportation arrangements for taking the goods from Sea port to your warehouse.
3. Transportation through Courier System: - In the Courier System facility you will get the goods at your door step directly. In this case you don’t need to hire Import Agent. Normally we use FedEx. |

What would be transit time for my shipment? |

*. Air Cargo - 5 - 7 days.
*. Courier / Express - 3 - 4 days through FedEx.
*. Sea Cargo - Transit time depends on the sea port as well as on container line. But for Europe destinations, transit time is 45 to 50 days approximately & for American Seaport destinations, transit time is 55 days to 60 days approximately. |

What would be the lead time for my shipment? |

For a normal size shipment, we need 4 weeks time to process the shipment & dispatch your order. But for large orders it is decided mutually as per the size of the order. |

Do you ship freight pre paid shipment? |

Yes, we ship "Freight prepaid" at our end as well as "Freight collect" at your end shipments. If you pay freight of your order given along with your invoice we'll ship your shipment "Freight prepaid" and you need not to pay any shipping charges at your end except local duties / taxes.
If you have pre arrangements with any shipping agency then we'll ship your order as "Freight collect" using your account with that shipping agency. |

Do you have any sample policy? |

We appreciate our new buyers to evaluate our service and product quality. You can order our sample kit of worth 500 euro and we will supply you almost all models except large sized products. Sample kit will be dispatched within 2 working days after receiving the payment. We will send the sample kit only through FedEx.
But we are unable to supply any Free Samples. |

Yes, we can fully insure your shipment by purchasing insurance policy of carrier / other agency on a nominal extra cost. The cost of insurance depends upon the type of the products in your order. |

What should I do if I get damaged shipment or find brakeage inside the boxes? |

Count parcels and inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If damage or shortage is apparent, please note it on the delivery receipt along with the signature of the delivery person verifying the same. Save the damaged carton for inspection purposes. Open all packages immediately and inspect the merchandise to see if it is in good condition. If concealed damage (damage to materials inside a package with no external damage evident) is exposed, notify us immediately through our feedback form email to you after every shipment. We must notify carriers within 7 days, or they may deny liability. Check merchandise against the packing slip. If an overage or shortage exists, or if there are any other problems with an order, notify us within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. |

Is delivery of my shipment guaranteed? |

All deliveries are guaranteed subject to the custom clearance import laws clearances in the destination country although our all responsibilities limits to the port of loading. We request all of our buyers to check their country/state laws related to different products us deals in before placing the order. Order once placed will not be cancelled and payment done will not be returned. Geramig International does not have any responsibility if certain products are allowed/permitted in buyer’s state/country and the shipment is not delivered due to any such reason. It is buyer’s responsibility to check law in his country before placing orders with us. Geramig International will not be held responsible for any consequences faced by buyer due to import of our products which are not allowed in his state or country. |
